Two fixed radio transceivers were installed in Ulaanbaatar and Matad County, Dornod Province and 5 vehicles were equipped with radio transceivers and GPS. The vehicles equipped with mobile radio transceivers can communicate with the center from everywhere in the territory of Mongolia. The movements of the vehicles are monitored by the centers located in Ulaanbaatar and Matad county. It is a system that creates HF network for communication and GPS tracking.
